Socks and shoes

Henry has a thing for socks and shoes. About two months ago he started sounding the words out. Then about a month ago, when ever he sees a shoe around the house, whether it be one of his or one of Mommy's or Daddy's, he tries to put it on his foot. I don't think he understands the difference between the socks and shoes, just that they go on his feet and are fun to take off.

Yesterday, he was walking around the couch with only one sock on. I looked at him and exclaimed, "Henry, you only have one sock on. What happened to your sock?" He looked down at his bare foot, wiggled his toes, looked back at me and grinned. I could hardly believe it! He is understanding what I am saying!  WOW! :)

Here are a few pictures from the other night. Henry has just recently begun to play with his old baby swing. Its great for climbing in and swinging back and forth! He can even turn the power on and when the music comes on he dances to it.

Taco House

Tonight we went to the Taco House for dinner. It had been a long time since we'd been there. It was delicious as usual!

Big Al's Arcade

Raj was off today, and came along to Big Al's with the kids and I. It's a good thing, cause he and Devin had so much fun playing games. Henry, Alice and myself enjoyed watching them while the babies had snacks.

Balls, Balls, and more Balls...

KIDS LOVE BALLS!!!!!

Christmas with Devin and Allison

I was so excited to give Devin and Allison their Christmas gifts today! You know me, I love to buy gifts for people! ;) Allison got a baby doll that kisses and says, "Love you, Momma," and giggles, a mirror, and bubbles. Devin got a game that you can play chess, checkers, or tic-tac-to, candy, and a pencil sharpener shaped like a Weiner dog. Oh, and Devin got Henry the coolest toy for Christmas. It is one of those toys you push and balls pop in and out. Its already helping him walking. He took 3 steps with it (he was holding the toy in his hands, it wasn't even on the floor, and then he got scared and plop he went on the floor!) He knows how much Henry loves balls! It was perfect. I didn't get a picture, but it was a hit! Thank you!
